Pizza. Easy to learn and easy to master. My son actually used to work for a pizza place and taught me everything about them. Pizza is one of the only food items that can really be used for every dietary issue. Gluten, Lactose, if you're allergic to certain ingredients, literally anything can be given or added to a pizza per your discretion. My son's favorite pizza is a thin crust, olive oil base, with lactose-free cheese and supreme toppings and mine would just be a supreme. Depending on if you use store-bought or make your own dough, the temp should be around 425-450 for around 10-12 minutes for cooking.
