I love mixing different cultures together to make something that will blow the minds of any who decides to eat or make my food. This is one such dish. Slowly marinated collard greens that were basically cooking from the time I woke up to dinner time, some of the best potato salad that you'll ever have, and a delicious bacon-like crunch from my fried catfish nuggets. What more could you ask for? Maybe a nice beverage to drink it all down.
